Each day, thousands of resumes are prescreened, hundreds of calls are made, e-mails sent, and interviews conducted. These hundreds of prospects are narrowed down to a selected group of Top Priority Candidates. which are personally handled by our Senior Recruiters, one of which will be assigned to your account.
MANAGEMENT SEARCH ASSOCIATES' INTERVIEW PROCESS
PRESCREENING CANDIDATES: To save you time and assure you quality candidates, we screen candidates based on your requirements. Candidates are judged on success in their career, leadership ability, energy, and enthusiasm. We will then submit to you via e-mail the candidate's 2 page completed application, including a resume for your review. You simply reply, letting us know which candidates you wish to personally interview.
SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS: Calling and setting your interviews can be a series of phone tag, conflicting schedules, and unproductive time spent. We coordinate interviews based on your availability. Our firm has set one interview at a time, to setting multiple interviews back-to-back for several days, depending on the company's needs. All you do is show up!
BRIEFING BEFORE INTERVIEWS: Prior to an interview our candidate obtains detailed information about your opportunity; which, while being informative about your company, also promotes your company. It is our goal to present your company to each candidate in a concise yet accurate manner. As a result of this process, when you choose to work with MSA, we will ask that you take time to inform us about your company. Also, if giving company information has been a time consuming part of your interviews, this will now enable you to spend more of your valuable time evaluating our candidate.
DEBRIEFING / OFFERS / START DATES: After each interview we will ask each candidate a series of questions pertaining to the interview with you (a "Debriefing.") We will receive information on their views on the interviewer as well as your company. Each candidate's interest level is discussed and it is at that time that we draw out any objections that might keep the candidate from accepting an offer from your company. All of these Debriefings are available to you upon request. We continue to follow up until salaries are negotiated, the offer is made, start dates are confirmed, and the candidate begins work.
